MEMBER INFORMATION
Joining the Association for Black Faculty and Staff is as easy as one, two three. As stated in the Association for Black Faculty and Staff's Constitution and Bylaws: Article III - Membership:
Section 1. The membership of the Association of Black Faculty and Staff includes all administrators, faculty and staff employed by the University of Florida who identify as Black or of African descent. In addition, anyone who pays the annual dues and agrees to promote the goals of the Association is a member of the Association.
Section 2. Active members are those who have paid the annual dues and shall be entitled to vote on issues that may come before the membership, to hold office and to participate in all other activities of the Association.

Paying Dues:

The Association for Black Faculty and Staff is completely supported by due-paying members. Dues are $20.00 a year for members and can be paid through cash, check, or paypal at the beginning of each academic year. For faculty or staff appointed to the University after October 1 should pay their dues within 60 days of their appointment.

Have a faculty and staff member you'd like to spotlight? Please submit a photo and a 75-100 word blurb to info.ufabfs@gmail.com by the 28th of each month. We'll display it for a month. (Final decisions for consideration of spotlights will be left to the Webmaster and the Communications Committee Chair.)
